Truth with purpose. Aid with urgency. For those exploited, displaced, and erased.
Mission Statement
The Verita Phoenix Trust exists to provide direct support to local organizations and initiatives that serve vulnerable communities — displaced families, women, and children affected by poverty, conflict, and crisis.
We focus on education, healthcare, and the environment, partnering with grassroots organizations, community leaders, and high-trust local actors to strengthen schools, clinics, and sustainable community programs. By mobilizing both local and international partnerships, we ensure that resources reach those who need them most — with speed, integrity, and accountability.
Our mission is to ensure that women, children, and displaced families are not left behind — by supporting those on the front lines who serve them every day.
Partnership with purpose. Support with integrity. For communities displaced, impoverished, and unseen.
Organizational Vision
In 2025, the U.S. administration dismantled the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), abruptly severing lifelines of assistance to vulnerable communities worldwide. For millions — displaced families, women, and children affected by poverty, conflict, and crisis — the result has been devastating. Schools and clinics lost critical funding. Local organizations were left to carry impossible burdens. Their needs remain urgent. Their futures, uncertain.
The Verita Phoenix Trust exists to change that.
We confront this vacuum with action — working through local organizations, community leaders, and volunteers to ensure that support continues where it is most needed. By focusing on education, healthcare, and the environment, we strengthen schools, expand clinics, and reinforce sustainable community programs. Our approach is rooted in partnership, accountability, and long-term commitment — ensuring that resources reach those who need them most, with speed and integrity.
Our Mission
Fill the gap: Step in where public aid has collapsed by providing direct, transparent support to communities left behind.
Support the most vulnerable: Prioritize displaced families, women, and children whose education, health, and safety are most at risk from poverty and conflict.
Work through partnerships: Strengthen grassroots organizations, local leaders, and volunteers to ensure solutions are community-led, trusted, and sustainable.
Amplify local heroes: Recognize and reinforce teachers, health workers, and community defenders whose daily work keeps families and children safe, educated, and resilient.
Verita Phoenix Films
Through film, we tell the stories of lives torn apart by war, poverty, and corruption—and the extraordinary people defying that collapse. Through funding, we move quickly, verify relentlessly, and deliver with purpose.
The outcome we deliver: stories that ignite movements, funding that gets where it matters, and a new global alliance that refuses to look away.
