Our Mission
The Verita Phoenix Trust exists to deliver critical visibility and direct support to the world’s most vulnerable and neglected communities—refugees, displaced families, women and girls, and survivors of conflict and systemic abandonment. We act through ethical storytelling, investigative film, and precisely targeted funding—deployed with speed, integrity, and rigor. By empowering grassroots responders, informal networks, and high-trust local actors—and by mobilizing global and local donor engagement—we ensure that life-saving resources reach those who need them most, without delay, distortion, or compromise.

In 2025, the U.S. administration dismantled the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), abruptly severing lifelines to foreign assistance across the developing world.
